Sing a Harvest Story

Harvest comes very soon into the new school year, meaning there is not much time to plan a service or assembly. This ready-made harvest celebration is based around the story of Johnny Appleseed, a true story about a man called John Chapman who travelled across the land planting apple seeds. It is a musical telling of the story which also includes rhyming narration for the children to read. The songs are straightforward and easy to learn and suit a variety of ages, making themsuitable for both primary and infant schools.
