Ray Simpson
Ray Simpson is the founding guardian of the international Community of Aidan and Hilda and the principal tutor of its Celtic Christian Studies programme.
He lives on the Holy Island of Lindisfarne where many pilgrims come to the Community's Retreat House library and Spirituality Centre, the Open Gate.
An Anglican priest, he was previously also a Free Church minister in a new church plant sponsored by six church streams at Bowthorpe, Norwich. Ray is the author of numerous bestselling books on Celtic spirituality, published by Kevin Mayhew.
