Key Stage 1 - 2

The Storyteller includes 25 Bible stories, starting with Genesis and finishing with Acts. They are written primarily for 6-11 year olds in two forms. The first is to read aloud. The second is in skeleton format, with suggestions on the use of visual aids and other ways in which the listeners might be drawn into the story, allowing the storyteller to make the story their own and tailor it to their audience. Objectives and resources are given at the start of each chapter and can be included in the session to develop the theme highlighted in that story. The Storyteller is ideal for use in schools, junior church, mid-week children's clubs, holiday clubs or as part of all-age worship.
