Pam is a writer, speaker, and photographer whose work reflects her observations of the natural world and its human inhabitants.
Why Didn’t God Create Me With Green Hair? was Pam’s first book, published in 1999. She has written a number of other books, plus many magazine articles on subjects as diverse as sleeping on the pavement in the Wimbledon queue, the work of hospital chaplains, and the merit of cows. She has contributed columns to local and national newspapers, broadcast morning thoughts for local radio, written an RE syllabus and teaching outlines, and writes meditations for an international magazine.
Pam is married with three daughters, three sons in- law and five grandchildren. She enjoys being a homemaker, walking in the countryside, watching period drama on TV, blogging on her website: https:// pampointer.wordpress.com/, and listening to 1960s rock music, Classic FM and Test Match Special. Pam is passionate about God, and Jesus is the solid rock on which her life is built.
