At Kevin Mayhew, we are committed to offering you the best value on our range of books, music, and church supplies. If you find one of our products available at a lower price from another UK online retailer, we will be happy to match that price - so you can shop with confidence, knowing you are always getting the best deal.

How it works:

If you spot an identical product elsewhere for less, simply let us know using our quick online form. We will review your request and, if it meets our criteria, match the price for you.

Don’t want to hold up your order? Place your order as usual and submit a price match form within 7 days for any items you’ve purchased - just remember to include your order number on the price match form so we can refund any successful price matches directly to your order.

Price Match Terms and Conditions

To keep our Price Match Promise fair and transparent, please ensure your request meets all of the following criteria:

Eligibility

• The matched price must be publicly available and not subject to any membership, bulk, or trade discounts.
• We do not match prices that are on sale, discounted, part of a limited-time offer, or clearance event.
• The retailer must have the product in stock and available for immediate despatch.
• Delivery charges will not be considered when comparing prices.
• The product must be identical to the item sold by Kevin Mayhew Ltd (including size, edition, colour, and any other relevant options).
• The product must be new, unused, and sold by a UK-based online retailer in GBP.
• We do not match prices from online marketplaces or auction sites (such as eBay, Amazon Marketplace, or similar platforms).

How to Claim

Complete our Price Match Request Form within 7 days of your purchase or before placing your order. Please provide as much information as you can to support your claim - some fields in the form are required and must be filled in. If you have already ordered, ensure you include your KM order number in the form so that we can refund the difference if your claim is approved. If you have multiple price match requests to make, please submit these individually for each product.

Exclusions

• We do not match prices from international retailers, private sellers, or non-UK websites.
• Price match requests must be submitted before or within 7 days of your order.
• We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our criteria or where we are unable to verify the matched product's price or stock status.

General

• Only one price match request may be submitted per product.
• This policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
• Our decision on all price match claims is final.
