Paul Cox went into parish ministry in 1990, having been a teacher for 24 years, the last 10 of which he was a chaplain and headmaster of a prep school. For 16 years he served in rural parishes in Canterbury Diocese. At times, he was in addition part-time Director of Selection and Training for Readers, Bishop's Officer for NSMs and then OLMs. On retirement to Chichester Diocese he tutors on courses for the Bishop's Certificate and is an examining Chaplain.
