All delivery times depend on stock availability and assume all items in your order are in stock.

Backorders are available on most products – we will order in to fulfil your request. Depending on the order value, available items may be sent straight away at no extra cost (case by case).

Shipping options at checkout do not automatically reflect stock status. Please check product availability when placing your order.

Split Deliveries & Surcharges

Some orders may arrive in multiple parcels from different locations. Surcharges may apply, for example, for music books supplied via our partner warehouse. Any additional charges are shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Tracking is only included with tracked and next-day services. Free delivery does not guarantee tracking, as this depends on the courier and service used.

Trade customers receive free UK shipping on orders over £50 (after discounts).

Taxes, Duties & Customs

Taxes and duties are charged at checkout. Shipments are sent as Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) where possible.

Delivery Windows & Holidays

Delivery times are quoted in business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude public holidays or office closures (typically the first two full weeks of August and the last working week of December, as advertised on our website).

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives with visible damage, please take photos of the box before opening and of any damaged items inside. This helps us process any claim with the courier.
