If you have purchased goods from us on account, our accounts team will email you an invoice shortly after your entire order has been dispatched. Please note that outstanding back-ordered items may delay your invoice; we do this to ensure you aren't billed for items that have not yet been supplied.
If you have not received your invoice, please check your spam folder. If it isn't there, contact our accounts team at accounts@kevinmayhew.com.
We offer a range of delivery options for UK mainland orders, with timescales ranging from next-day shipping to 5-6 working days.
Please note: We allow customers to back-order products that are currently out of stock. Your selected delivery method will be the service we use to ship your order once the items are available.
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, resalable condition. For more information, please refer to our full returns policy.
We work hard to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Where possible, please send photos of the damaged items and the packaging to sales@kevinmayhew.com, as these may be required for a courier claim.
