Liz Babbs MEd is an award winning author (silver in the best Christian non fiction 2005), performer and broadcaster. Described as 'an expert in relaxation and meditation', she has led sessions on radio and TV as well as at Waterstones bookshops, Greenbelt and Easter People. A former ME sufferer, she tours internationally raising awareness of issues of health and spirituality.
