Delivery & Shipping
Delivery charges will be calculated automatically and shown at the time you place your order. Charges are calculated using the order weight or order value using the below tariffs which do not include details of special offer delivery and shipping charges. The postal services we use include Royal Mail, DPD and Parcel Force.

Delivery Times
Our standard dispatch time normally takes between 1 - 2 working days and is delivered 3 to 5 working days for items in stock. If you have ordered a special or custom-made church supplies item, there may be a longer lead-time as indicated in the product details or we will contact you to advise you of this.
Depending on the weight of your order we will either post it by Royal Mail or have it delivered by courier. Some orders may be processed and dispatched by 3rd-party distribution bases.
Exceptions
* Calculated using tier levels on a product by product basis and excludes special delivery items such as furniture, candles, and wine for example.
1 Parcel weight limited to 30kg and not exceeding 900mm x 600mm x 600mm in size.
2 Wine products are only supplied to the UK mainland (excluding the Scottish Highlands).
Where FREE delivery is offered, this is only available to UK mainland customers.
Conditions
All quoted delivery times are subject to stock availability. In the event of a premium delivery service being purchased on an order containing back-ordered stock, any available stock will be dispatched using the premium service and back ordered stock will follow as soon as available. In the event of FREE delivery selected, the order will not be sent until ALL items are in stock and will be sent as one delivery only.
NB - If any errors are noticed with postage the customer will be informed and may be required to pay the additional costs for the postage and packing before the goods are dispatched. (The customer does have the opportunity to amend or cancel any part of the order at this point)
Some Furniture and bulky products are only supplied to the UK and delivered on a pallet and by van at a flat-rate charge of £50 per order.
