Having ordered of these to check out it suitability for sending to a group of children. I ordered 18, when it stated that they were in stock, apparently they were not in stock, but was sent something else. Further to complaining I received part of the proper order with the rest to follow! It was too late for these to be sent so I cancelled the order, and was sent PDF labels to return both parcels. This I did and today I received the initial order. Of course it is not possible to phone them, only online chat and emails. This is not a satisfactory service, either for delivery or customer service.
