About the Author

Revd Joel Edwards was the General Director of the Evangelical Alliance UK and a Commissioner of the Equality and Human Rights Commission. In 2016, he received the Langton Award for Community Service from the Archbishop of Canterbury for his work in uniting Christians to challenge global injustice. His ministry combined his experience as a professional counsellor with a vision for biblical transformation in society.
