The shirt arrived in good order and this customer is satisfied but purchases with a delivery cost higher than the item purchased it is not an attractive option and likely to make future purchases unlikely. There was also a great deal of confusion because the first information to arrive was that the goods had been despatched. A long time later, upon enquiry I was told the order had been cancelled together with the payment. and that the goods would be despatched with a higher delivery cost. Two invoices followed each with a different sum quoted for the total cost. The goods arrived within a very short time and in good order together with permission to pay within a month after I had explained that fraudulent entries in my bank account had been detected and so the account was temporarily locked.
