The Call To Partnership

The author looks at the balance between God working in his people to produce the character of Christ and God working through his people to continue Christ's work on earth. He examines this interplay in 12 biblical character studies. Using a mixture of narrative, commentary, background and reflection on Jacob, Mary, Hosea, Barnabas and others, the author shows how their faith and obedience developed and affected other people as they learned to cooperate with God.
